Healthy Chicken Recipe:
Ground Chicken w/ Sautéed Fennel & Spinach


Yields one serving*

  • 5 ounces ground chicken breast, raw
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. fennel, diced
  • 2 cup spinach, raw, chopped
  • ½ cup tomato, diced
  • Dash of kosher salt
  • Dash red pepper flakes (optional)

  1. Cook ground chicken and diced onion over medium heat until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Drain liquid.
  2. Add fennel, spinach, tomatoes, salt and red pepper. Cook for about 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
  3. Remove from heat and season as desired with salt and pepper and serve.
